Colin and his wife Jo have lived in Tuggeranong with their four children; Col helps out at the children's school as an active member of the Parents and Friends Association and can make a mean hotdog at the schools annual fundraiser. Col has been an avid soccer fan since his eldest started to play for Tuggeranong in 1999 and has coached several of his sons' teams.

Lesley Williams
Lesley is the second of our Salespeople who, although originally from Adelaide, has adopted Canberra as her home. She brings to Colin McIntyre Property a wealth of customer focused experience from a diverse background including automotive, new home construction/development, and the legal profession. Her organisational and attention to detail qualities have also been utilised managing corporate functions for various industries, and during her many years as a Flight Attendant.
For many years Lesley has drawn on this experience to operate successfully in the field of Real Estate Sales, forming lasting relationships with clients and customers alike. The repeat business and referrals Lesley receives are testament to her professionalism and determination to make every transaction as timely and stress-free as possible for all concerned. A keen gardener since childhood, Lesley freely gives practical advice on pre and post-sale garden makeovers, and has frequently exchanged plant propagation material with like-minded clients!

John Tye
John is happily married to Annette and has been for over 30 years. They have 3 adult sons, two marvelous daughters in law and the most beautiful granddaughter imaginable (John's unbiased opinion). Moving to Gilmore (in the Tuggeranong Valley) from Gundagai in 1988, John has been able to combine a work ethos honed in the bush with the get up and go that city living requires in our beautiful city.
John enjoys eating out with friends, family gatherings and chasing the white dimpled devils across the rolling green hills of Royal Narrabundah otherwise known as Capital Golf Club. A swim in the ocean is also high on the favourites list as is travelling both within Australia and overseas and of course there is the beautiful granddaughter.
Another favourite pasttime is helping within our community through Red Cross "meals on wheels".
A former contract manager and award winning vehicle fleet manager in the Federal Public Service, John has listed and sold everything from a one bedroom unit in Hughes to a three bedroom courtyard in Conder to a 5 bedroom ensuite family home in Dunlop and everything inbetween. His desire to succeed is tempered with the knowledge that everything he does is in the best interest of his vendor. Real Estate is a people business and nobody is more aware of this fact than JT.

Peter Campbell-Wood
Peter Campbell-Wood has worked in the real estate industry for more than twenty years; seven of it in the Canberra region. Peter is a licensed agent in both the ACT and NSW.
After working for many years as a teacher he transferred his communication and organisational skills to the real estate industry. His experience since has included running his own real estate office in Bathurst for thirteen years where he covered all aspects of real estate but specialised in rural and residential sales.
Since choosing to return to Canberra where Peter’s real estate career began, he has worked all over the ACT and surrounding districts. Hayley McKenzie
Originally from the small country town of Griffith, NSW, Hayley is happy to call Canberra her home after 7 years by purchasing her first home in the Tuggeranong region. Currently undertaking Certificate IV in Property Services, her knowledge is continually growing.
Hayley commenced her real estate career in 2006 doing a reception role for a large Canberra real estate company. She very quickly fell in love with the industry and moved to finance administration for Property Management and Sales, then was made Administration Manager. Emma Damen
Emma made the move to Canberra from Tasmania in 2005 and has lived in both north & south Canberra and currently resides in Tuggeranong.
After successfully completing her Year 12 Certificate at Lake Ginninderra College, Emma joined the real industry as a receptionist/assistant property manager and then naturally progressed to Property Management.

Ruth Murfet
Ruth Murfet is a long standing resident of the Tuggeranong Valley and would not live anywhere else. She commenced her Real Estate career in 2000 after accepting an administrative position with one the valleys most progressive agencies. After learning the essentials of the real estate industry she further developed her knowledge base by transferring into a sales position. Once her sales skills were honed she moved into Property Management and was shortly promoted to the position of Senior Property Manager.
Her experience across all sectors of the Real Estate Industry stamped her as a "must have" when the Colin McIntyre Team was established.
As a member of the Colin McIntyre Property team, Ruth brings with her a personal & professional manner with a keen eye for detail. Ruth will oversee the preparation and subsequent marketing of your property and will ensure that your property always looks it best, whether it is in our window, in the Canberra Times or on the internet.
Once there is a sale in place, Ruth will assist with the sale process and is always happy to answer any queries you may have regarding the sale process.

Samantha Carr
Samantha is the youngest and newest member to join the Colin McIntyre Property team.
Samantha moved to Canberra in July 2009 from the rural city of Tamworth where she completed her Year 12 studies. She is thoroughly enjoying her time in Canberra, although is finding the winter weather a big adjustment.
With a background in hospitality & reception Samantha has made a smooth transition to the real estate industry where she continues to enjoy the personal interaction with clients and will helping them out to the best of her ability.
As our receptionist, Samantha is a valued team member who assists our busy sales & property management departments.

Jo Matters
Jo and Colin have always wanted their own real estate company, so it has been very exciting for Jo who over the years has been an integral part of Colin and his success. Jo completed university as a dental hygienist and worked in a local Tuggeranong practice for over twelve years. Initially helping Col on and off as his client base grew and looking after their four children.
Now Jo is involved with the accounts and settlements at Colin McIntyre Property - which Jo thoroughly enjoys - definitely a change from looking after teeth. "The office culture is great it's always fun to be at work, we have a great group of people with fantastic attitudes and of course a lot of humour".
Both Jo and Colin look forward to some wonderful years with their children and the agency.
