Colin and his wife Jo have lived in Tuggeranong with their four children; Col helps out at the children's school as an active member of the Parents and Friends Association and can make a mean hotdog at the schools annual fundraiser. Col has been an avid soccer fan since his eldest started to play for Tuggeranong in 1999 and has coached several of his sons' teams.

Lesley Williams
Lesley is the second of our Salespeople who, although originally from Adelaide, has adopted Canberra as her home. She brings to Colin McIntyre Property a wealth of customer focused experience from a diverse background including automotive, new home construction/development, and the legal profession. Her organisational and attention to detail qualities have also been utilised managing corporate functions for various industries, and during her many years as a Flight Attendant.
For many years Lesley has drawn on this experience to operate successfully in the field of Real Estate Sales, forming lasting relationships with clients and customers alike. The repeat business and referrals Lesley receives are testament to her professionalism and determination to make every transaction as timely and stress-free as possible for all concerned. A keen gardener since childhood, Lesley freely gives practical advice on pre and post-sale garden makeovers, and has frequently exchanged plant propagation material with like-minded clients!

John Tye
John is happily married to Annette and has been for over 30 years. They have 3 adult sons, two marvelous daughters in law and the most beautiful granddaughter imaginable (John's unbiased opinion). Moving to Gilmore (in the Tuggeranong Valley) from Gundagai in 1988, John has been able to combine a work ethos honed in the bush with the get up and go that city living requires in our beautiful city.
John enjoys eating out with friends, family gatherings and chasing the white dimpled devils across the rolling green hills of Royal Narrabundah otherwise known as Capital Golf Club. A swim in the ocean is also high on the favourites list as is travelling both within Australia and overseas and of course there is the beautiful granddaughter.
Another favourite pasttime is helping within our community through Red Cross "meals on wheels".
A former contract manager and award winning vehicle fleet manager in the Federal Public Service, John has listed and sold everything from a one bedroom unit in Hughes to a three bedroom courtyard in Conder to a 5 bedroom ensuite family home in Dunlop and everything inbetween. His desire to succeed is tempered with the knowledge that everything he does is in the best interest of his vendor. Real Estate is a people business and nobody is more aware of this fact than JT.

Cheryl Morris
Cheryl is a local Canberran who grew up at the Cotter where her father was Ranger for over thirty years.
She married Wayne and not long after moved to Queensland, where she worked for several years in Media and Advertising receiving accolades and awards for her outstanding customer service.
Cheryl and her family were lucky enough to be given an opportunity to return to Canberra where she raised her three boys.
During this time she entered her career in real estate where she has worked for the past eleven years and loves the variety and challenges a career in real estate provides.
Cheryl is an enthusiastic, happy person with an excellence in customer service. She has a true passion for real estate, with attention to detail and the highest level of integrity and professionalism. We can't forget her fabulous sense of humour!

Peter Campbell-Wood
Peter Campbell-Wood has worked in the real estate industry for more than twenty years; seven of it in the Canberra region. Peter is a licensed agent in both the ACT and NSW.
After working for many years as a teacher he transferred his communication and organisational skills to the real estate industry. His experience since has included running his own real estate office in Bathurst for thirteen years where he covered all aspects of real estate but specialised in rural and residential sales.
Since choosing to return to Canberra where Peter’s real estate career began, he has worked all over the ACT and surrounding districts. Peter believes that in many real estate transactions there are more often underlying issues which some agents overlook. He feels it is important to understand the whole picture so he can work more effectively to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.

Michelle Green
Michelle has recently joined Colin McIntyre Property and we are thrilled to have her on our team. Michelle is a locally born Canberra girl living in Tuggeranong and she has a strong network of both family and friends still living in and throughout the Canberra region.
Having completed a Diploma in Interior Design and with over 15 years sales experience including Visual Merchandising for both David Jones, Country Road and more recently Account Manager at Designcraft, Michelle has a genuine love of design and a trained eye for style and simplicity.
Enjoying the rewards that come from renovating her own home, Michelle is often asked to advise family and friends on colour schemes and of ways to improve their own homes and she doesn’t mind using a paint brush either!
Michelle is the adoring owner of Oscar a three year old Whippet who loves to run free and thoroughly laps up being totally spoilt. Having recently completed her Real Estate Registration Course, you will find Michelle to be a happy, vibrant and motivated woman that people from all walks of life can relate to.

Amanda Egan
Amanda started her career as a Property Manager after studying at one of the top education centres in Canberra. After completing a Property Management traineeship, she started in her first portfolio and continued to grow and blossom within the portfolio.
Amanda maintains a well manicured portfolio and has an organised and systematic approach to her work. She believes in strong personal and business relationships and strives to gain and maintain trust with her clients.
Amanda has recently completed her Diploma of Property Services and is registered to manage property in Canberra and New South Wales.
She is looking forward to completing her Diploma of Photography in the coming year and commencing her Bachelor of Laws in the future.

Jo McGregor
Jo is a new and enthusiastic member of our team who has come to us with a broad range of personal relation skills.
Working in areas as diverse as human resources and emergency services, Jo is equipped with the essential communication and interpersonal skills to necessary to manage property portfolios- which she has happily done in both Sydney and Canberra!

Jo Matters
Jo and Colin have always wanted their own real estate company, so it has been very exciting for Jo who over the years has been an integral part of Colin and his success. Jo completed university as a dental hygienist and worked in a local Tuggeranong practice for over twelve years. Initially helping Col on and off as his client base grew and looking after their four children.
Now Jo is involved with the accounts and settlements at Colin McIntyre Property - which Jo thoroughly enjoys - definitely a change from looking after teeth. "The office culture is great it's always fun to be at work, we have a great group of people with fantastic attitudes and of course a lot of humour".

Cath Smith
Cath has worked in sales management in a variety of industries for the past 19 years – Real Estate, Cafe/Coffee/Restaurants, Recruitment, Building and Kitchens (to name a few). She has also owned and operated several successful businesses - Coffee/Cafe, Landscaping, Design, Website and Database management.
Having worked at the Executive Level in the Public Service for a number of years (now that's a whole other world!), leading teams in the areas of Project Management , Property Management, Communications, Human Resource Management and Business Services - she also understands the Bureaucracy of the country!
She grew up on a farm in a small town on the Southern Tablelands of NSW (anyone heard of Bombala?). She was educated in Sydney Eastern Suburbs then attended Uni in Canberra. While education seemed important at the time, she fast discovered that the REAL education happened after owning and operating her own businesses - and becoming street smart...
Along side her private and public sector careers, Cath has successfully developed a multi-million dollar property portfolio through renovation and development. Which is another of her passions - stemming from her Degree in Architecture.
Business and people are her passion today. She is dedicated to helping others achieve success in business and enjoys the challenge of enthusiastically encouraging others to strive for their goals - 'this life is not a dress rehearsal!'
Cath loves working with kids and volunteers at local high schools to help educate the kids of Australia. She has been presenting business and life principles in schools for the past two and half years - helping them realise their full potential. " I just love it!"

Brooke Coles
Brooke has just completed year 12 at St Clares College and has just joined our team full time. At present Brooke works full time as Director of First Impressions and also providing support and help to the administration staff and learning the skills and necessary legislation of the real estate industry.
Brooke has a great interest in Real Estate and has undertaken Certificate II in Business, and is a registered sales person, so along with her friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic attitude and her attention to detail; Brooke is a most valued member of the CMP team
